Kylie Verzosa: Defining her Reign with her Personal Advocacy

Miss International 2016, Kylie Verzosa has taken her role as a spokesperson for mental health awareness like duck to water. The lovely Filipina beauty has spent a huge number of her reign promoting her advocacy that the pageant world is starting to notice.

The beauty from Baguio City has recently decided to spend her Holy Week vacation doing something for kids. She visited the school for Special Children in Brunei in lieu of the typical partying that millenials prefer to do over the Holy Week. She relished her trip to the school being a pre-school teacher herself where she is surrounded by children. Not only that, Kylie has spent time at the World Health Organization where she was invited to speak about her advocacy specially on depression. Surely, the 6th Filipina Miss International is defining her reign with her extensive work in promoting mental health awareness in public speaking engagements, school tours and other social media campaigns.

Not only is she busy with her personal advocacy, she is also tapped as model mentor to the model hopefuls of the Philippines’ Next TopModel series. Kylie is one of the more popular members of the Philippine Models’ Association of the Philippines even prior to joining Binibining Pilipinas in 2016. She was also one of the beauty queens at the Star Cruises that set sail from Laoag, Taiwan and Hong Kong. By the way, she is named as brand ambassadress of the Star Cruises. Not to mention as well her trip a couple of months ago to Japan where she visited Tokoshima and Kyoto.
