In a news report by GMA7, Department of Tourism Undersecretary revealed that the National Costume show will be cheaper…
“Rest assured that definitely the pageant fanatics will get their chance to buy the cheaper tickets for the National Costume show,” De Castro told the press. “As of now, wala pa po tayong venue, because they’re still fixing it, but they can get tickets for as low as P500 for the National Costume show.” She added, “That’s what was promised to the Department of Tourism—that the (fans) can get it for as low as P500. So this is really meant for pageant fanatics, because as we all know, the national costume is one of the shows they really look forward to.”
The national costume show is going be held on January 24th, this will be the first time in several years that the national costume show is separated from the Miss Universe preliminaries. The two events are usually held together, the last time that they were separate events was in 2013 in Moscow. The Miss Universe preliminaries (according to our MU insiders) will be on the 26th of January.
